The Service Petite Enfance & Familles is once again offering a variety of “Espaces Parents” workshops for Monaco’s parents and expectant parents…

These free sessions provide a supportive environment for families to exchange experiences and seek expert advice on parenting challenges.

Discussion-Based Workshops

The “Discutons-en” sessions focus on key parenting topics, led by professionals including psychologists, paediatricians, dietitians, and childcare nurses. Highlights include:

  • Biting Between Children (January 14): Strategies to support children who bite and those who are bitten.
  • Food Diversification (January 17): A guide to introducing solid foods with expert insights.
  • Potty Training (January 21): Is it a sprint or a marathon? A paediatrician-led session.
  • Sibling Transitions (February 4): Preparing children for the arrival of a new baby.
  • Emotional Outbursts (February 28): Managing the “terrible twos” with calm strategies.
  • Family Task Distribution (March 4): Balancing household responsibilities.

Specialized Workshops

  • Psychomotor Development (Monthly): Activities enhancing young children’s motor skills.
  • Parent-Child Play (Weekly): Fun and bonding every Wednesday morning.
  • Baby Massage and Babywearing: Learn practical techniques for nurturing care.
