Her Excellency Valérie Bruell-Melchior, Ambassador of the Principality of Monaco, presented her letters of credence to His Excellency Joan-Enric Vives i Sicilia, Archbishop, Bishop of Urgell, and Episcopal Co-Prince of Andorra…

The ceremony took place at the end of November in the Throne Room of the Episcopal Palace in La Seu d’Urgell, the official seat of the Co-Prince, in the presence of Her Excellency Imma Tor Faus, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Andorra, and His Excellency Josep Maria Mauri Prior, Personal Representative of the Co-Prince.

Following the formal presentation, Ambassador Bruell-Melchior held a private meeting with the Episcopal Co-Prince. During the discussion, His Excellency conveyed his personal greetings to Their Serene Highnesses Prince Albert II and Princess Charlène, along with warm sentiments for Hereditary Prince Jacques and Princess Gabriella.

This diplomatic meeting highlighted the strong ties between Monaco and Andorra, characterized by mutual friendship and shared values. The Principality and Andorra continue to collaborate closely, building on the spirit of the General Cooperation Memorandum signed in 2022.

The presentation reaffirmed the deep connection between the two nations, underscoring their ongoing partnership and shared commitment to fostering meaningful bilateral relations.
