2024 marks the fourth edition of the Festival des Etoilés Monte-Carlo, which returns this month. Duos of renowned Michelin-starred chefs offering original menus in four Michelin-starred restaurants of the Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer Group comprise an exceptional programme.

Alain Ducasse and Emmanuel Pilon will cook at the Louis XV Alain Ducasse of the Hôtel de Paris Monte-Carlo, while Marcel Ravin naturally commands the Blue Bay Marcel Ravin of the Monte-Carlo Bay Hotel & Resort, and Dominique Lory at the Grill take on the Hôtel de Paris Monte-Carlo. Meanwhile, Yannick Alléno will feature at the Pavyllon Monte-Carlo of the Hôtel Hermitage Monte-Carlo.

On Saturday, April 20, Alain Ducasse invites to his restaurant Le Louis XV for the first time Simon Rogan, chef of the three-star restaurant L’Enclume located in the Lake District of the United Kingdom.

Marcel Ravin will invite David Toutain to Blue Bay Marcel Ravin on May 11, the chef and owner of the two-star restaurant David Toutain located in the French capitol. The two chefs share not only a deep love of nature and a passion for authenticity, but also a great interest in sustainable catering.

Dominique Lory invites Yoann Conte, chef and owner of the double-starred gourmet restaurant ‘La Table de Yoann Conte’ in Annecy to a culinary meeting on the eighth floor of the Hôtel de Paris Monte-Carlo on June 21 and 22.

The final four-handed dinner of this edition of the Festival des Etoilés will take place at the Pavyllon Monte-Carlo restaurant in the Hôtel Hermitage. Chef Yannick Alléno invites two-starred chef Richard Lee from the Saison restaurant in San Francisco for two dinners rich in flavours on September 14 and 15.
