The inauguration ceremony of the renovated and extended building of the Directorate of Public Security took place on Friday morning, January 26, in its salon of honour, under the presidency of HSH the Sovereign Prince, and in the presence of HE the Minister of State, Pierre Dartout, Minister of the Interior Patrice Cellario, and senior police officers.
The building received the blessing of Father Julien Gollino, Chaplain of the Public Security service, which was followed by a tour of the main premises, in particular the Operational Command centre and the Technical and Scientific Police laboratory.
Controller General Richard Marangoni presented the highlights of the year 2023 and operational statistics. After each divisional head spoke of last year’s successes, a cocktail was served.
