AS Monaco acquire West Ham defender Thilo Kehrer on loan

AS Monaco is bolstering its back line with another quality young central defender from the Premier League in the form of West Ham United’s Thilo Kehrer on loan for a 500,000 euros fee with a purchase option estimated to be at least 11 million euros.

A former Paris Saint-Germain player before joining the Hammers in the summer of 2022, Kehrer also wears the German national team number 5 jersey.

The 27 year-old completed a medical examination at the AS Monaco centre in La Turbie on Thursday, January 4, and an official announcement by the Principality side is imminent.
