Mrs Céline Caron-Dagioni, Minister of Infrastrucure, Environment and Town Planning, and Mr Jean Castellini, Minister of Economy and Finance, representing the Government, on Friday visited the “Honoria” and “Tour Réséda” state buildings, in the company of Mrs Brigitte Boccone-Pages, and several elected officials.
“Honoria”, on boulevard Belgique, consists of 84 apartments as well as a crèche that will be managed by the Town Hall. Completion of this new building is scheduled for this month and the first tenants will be able to move in during the summer of 2023.
The “Réséda Tower”, on Boulevard d’Italie (Operation Testimonio II), has a total of 197 apartments, following the decision to raise it by five additional floors. It will be handed over in the first quarter of 2024.
“State tenants will be housed in very good conditions and these two operations constitute major achievements within the framework of the important efforts undertaken for several years by the Government for the housing of Monegasques in accordance with the wishes of HSH the Sovereign Prince,” the Government said on Friday.
