A young woman whose thighs were caressed in a Monaco nightclub was prescribed four days off work in order to recover from psychological trauma, Monaco’s Criminal Court has been told.
The 37 year-old culprit and a friend were not present in court in Monaco to hear that they had been sentenced to one month in jail, suspended, for the unwanted advances, local French-language daily Monaco Matin reported.
The two men were expelled from the unnamed club and arrested by Monaco’s police service.
“These two characters were really unpleasant and they did not are not even here today to give their versions of the facts,” the prosecuting counsel said, demanding a three-month sentence.
