On June 29, 2022, the new Ambassador of the Principality of Monaco to the Kingdom of Belgium, HE Mr Frédéric Labarrere, presented his Credentials to His Majesty King Philippe, King of the Belgians.
The official ceremony took place in the magnificent salons of the Royal Palace, in Brussels, and was followed by a private meeting between His Majesty the King and the Ambassador during which in particular, the international geopolitical situation, Monaco’s negotiations with the European Union, major works in the Principality and the commitment of HSH the Sovereign Prince to environmental protection were all discussed.
The Ambassador assured His Majesty the King of his commitment to maintain and deepen the strong ties that have united for many years the Principality of Monaco and the Kingdom of Belgium.
