The Alberto Giacometti exhibition entitled ‘A Marvellous Reality’ has taken over the Grimaldi Forum for the summer months of 2021, bringing to Monaco for the first time a complete exhibition of this major artist of the last century.
Never failing to educate and entertain, the Grimaldi Forum will offer a series of workshops for children between the ages of seven and 11 years old, from July 12 to July 23.
These young artists will be able walk in the footsteps of the seasoned Italian artist as each week day is associated with a theme that was once present in the workday of Giacometti.
The workshop will run from Monday to Friday on two consecutive weeks in July, and will involve themes such as ‘Drawing from a model’, ‘Sculpture with wire’ and so much more, providing a comprehensive Giacometti experience for any young artist.
The workshops can be booked individually by day at a rate of 20 euros, while a full week of workshops is available at the reduced rate of 95 euros for five days.
To discover more, head over to the Grimaldi Forum website available here. Check out the full list of themes in this French language poster below.
