On the occasion of the International Women’s Day on Monday March 8, CMB Monaco shared some figures on gender equality within its company.
Parity is perfect: the company is composed of precisely 50 percent men and 50 percent women. It is also interesting to note that 64 percent of women are executives. Women are well represented in client-facing positions, 44 percent of bankers or asset managers are women. And finally, two women are present on the management committee.
Francesco Grosoli, CEO of CMB Monaco, said: “Organisations such as ours must actively support equal opportunities between men and women, with functions and salaries based only on merit and on skills”.
