Musical Happy Hour – an OPMC concert

The Monte Carlo Philharmonic Orchestra present this musical happy hour, from 16:00 at the Auditorium Rainier III. The performance will feature Alexandre Guerchovitch and Diana Mykhalevych playing the violin, while Florence Leblond will play the viola and Thomas Bouzy will play the cello. The music itself will be courtesy of composers Brahms and Dvorák.

‘Mafioso’

From 15:00, the Théâtre des Variétés will screen the 1962 Italian film, ‘Mafioso’ by Alberto Lattuada. Featured in this film is Gabriella Conti, Norma Bengell and Alberto Sordi.

The film will run in Italian with French subtitles.

‘Bonhomme’ – a Princess Grace Theatre production

From 15:00, the Princess Grace Theatre presents the comedic spectacle ‘Bonhomme’. The production is part of the theatre’s 2020/21 season, and is written and interpreted by Laurent Sciamma.

‘A girl from Mogadishu’

From 15:00, the Louis Notari Library will screen the 2019 film ‘A girl from Mogadishu’ in its original version with French subtitles. The film has been directed by Mary McGuckian and features Aja Naomi King, Barkhad Abdi and Martha Canga Antonio among others.

The screening will be followed by a debate, in collaboration with the Aux Coeurs des Mots association, who’s director will be present. Entry is free, but reserving a place beforehand is obligatory. To discover more, click here.
